PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING:
Phone Flies cannot guarantee that a product will be available on a continued basis. Quantities are limited to stock on-hand while supplies last. Your order may be placed on backorder depending on product availability. If a substitute product is desired, please contact Phone Flies Customer Service at 1-800-FOR-FLIES (1-800-367-3543) to place your request.

Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice as are special offers and promotions.

All in-stock products will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. The price charged will be the current price in effect when the order is received.

PAYMENT:
Phone Flies will accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover. All credit cards are subject to approval and will not be charged until the order is processed. For security purposes, Phone Flies will require the billing address and phone number for all orders. greater than $500.

All other purchasing methods and payments are subject to Phone Flies credit approval process. Please contact Phone Flies Customer Service for further information on terms and conditions of the credit process. Phone Flies will accept payments by check. Checks are subject to a 10-day hold before items will be shipped.

WARRANTY & RETURNS:
Phone Flies wants you to be confident and satisfied with your purchase on the web. Our products will be covered under a manufacturer  warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please call Phone Flies business office at 1-800-367-3543 to obtain a return authorization number.

Manufacturer warranty will apply to defective merchandise on new products only. All warranties are for defective exchange and will be repaired or replaced. In the event of a warranty claim, a return authorization is required from Phone Flies. Furthermore, the entire package which includes the original box, its contents, and accessories, must be included to process the return. Products that are returned incomplete will be subject to replacement cost.

All products must be returned within 7 days of return authorization and should be returned by an insured carrier. Mail all returned products to the following address:

The return authorization number must be clearly labeled on the packing slip and on the outside of the box.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for "no-trouble found" warranty claims. Otherwise, Phone Flies will refund up to the amount of ordinary shipment cost for the warranty claim.

Returns for reasons other than "defective," are accepted. However, the product must be returned via the return authorization process within a total of 14 days for complete credit or reimbursement.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

TAXES, INSURANCE, AND FEES:
Phone Flies will charge a sales tax to all Virginia customers.

For purchases in excess of $ 200.00, Phone Flies reserves the right to add additional insurance charge billed to the customer not to exceed $10.00. Customer notification will occur prior to shipment.

A $5.00 handling charge will be added to boxed packages.
